error dump file

Hi,
Our production server had frozen suddenly (it was working=20
for years without any issues), and I noticed sql server=20
error dump file afterwards(see below). I think that=20
process SPID 60 caused the problem, but I'm not sure how=20
to find out what was SPID before the "accident". Is=20
it "SELECT" statement which can be seen in the first part=20
of dump file?
SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 60 generated fatal=20
exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server=20
is terminating this process..

Generally yes. For AV's you should really contact PSS to help you diagnose
the issue.
